Proving that "laugher is the best medicine" Dr. Kataria (pictured above) and his wife married laughter and yoga and calledl it "Laughter Yoga!"
I became a certified Laughter Yoga Instructor in April 2007. I hope to one day start my own laughter club somewhere in Fort Bragg, where I currently live.
